What if there is an issue with the equipment rented, and it is after business hours?
A Rental Connection offers clients with existing orders a 24 hour/7 days a week on-call service. If a problem arises, please call 818-585-3144.
How far in advance should I place my order?
It is never to early to place your order and reserve your rental needs. A Rental Connection strongly recommends you place your order as soon as possible to guarantee availability. Product counts can be adjusted as your event date approaches.
