What if I want to pick up the equipment (Will Call)?
A Rental Connection’s Will Call hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM, and Saturday from 8AM to 12PM.
What are your hours of delivery?
Normal delivery hours are 7:30AM to 5PM, Monday through Saturday. Deliveries and pick-ups can be scheduled 24 hours a day at additional cost.
Does A Rental Connection offer delivery?
A Rental Connection offers a solid delivery service. Fees are based on timing, location, and difficulty of installation. For most areas, delivery services require a $300 minimum rental order. Delivery includes the set up of heavy equipment (canopies, lighting, dance floor, tables and chairs) at no additional charge. Linens, china, flatware, & glassware will be left stacked close to point of use.

What are your showroom hours?
A Rental Connection is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 5PM. On Saturday, A Rental Connection’s showroom is open from 8AM to 12PM. We suggest calling ahead to set up a meeting.
